Q: The description says this comes without a humidifier, and then a bullet point says this has 12 Humidifiers! Would someone please explain this contradiction?

A: The unit comes with standard brick shaped humidifiers that you would have to soak in distilled water for humidification in the cabinet. If you are looking for an electric humidifier than we recommend purchasing one separately.

Q: Are the shelves with the drawers movable?

A: The shelves are fixed & the trays on the shelves can be removed.

Q: Why do I have to add hydrometer? Doesn’t it come with one?

A: It does come with one. You can a digital hygrometer on the shelf if you would like.

Q: Is there an outlet inside? If so, how many?

A: There is a port to run the wiring through the cabinet. No AC outlets.

Q: Does this unit already have lighting built in?

A: The Barbatus does not come pre-installed with lighting on the inside. You may however, install LED lights on the inside.
